Projects

This page highlights projects that reflect the range of my experience, interests, and working style—from technology, software, and data to operations, education, volunteer coordination, and hands-on technical problem solving. Each project has strengthened my ability to organize complex work, clarify priorities, communicate clearly, document decisions, and keep progress moving toward a practical outcome.

I approach project management as both a professional discipline and a way of thinking: understand the goal, learn the system, plan the work, anticipate obstacles, and follow through. As this site continues to grow, I will add detailed project stories and project-management notes that share the methods, tools, lessons, and perspectives behind my work.
